- Lead, coach and inspire a large team to become true Oroton brand ambassador while fostering a strong, positive store culture.
- Drive performance in a high-volume environment, exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Oversee all store operations, including recruitment, rostering, customer experience and compliance
- Ensure seamless stock flow from back-of-house to shopfloor
- Partner with VM to execute elevated, on-brand visual merchandising and promotional setups
- Collaborate with regional & national leaders to tailor strategies that drive store performance and long-term growth. What You Bring
