T2 Teas is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our passionate team at our new flagship store in Chatswood Chase. About The Role
- Work in a new generation of T2 store, featuring a Brew Bar and Blend Bar for serving tea on the go.
- Highly focused on experiential retail – sell the sights, smells and touch that comes with T2's unique tea and teaware.
- Assist the Store Manager with day‑to‑day management of the retail store, leading the team, visual merchandising, managing deliveries and stock.
- Coach the team to deliver exceptional experiences for customers throughout the store.
- Support the Store Manager to achieve budgeted sales and manage controllable costs.
- Lead the store and team in the absence of the Store Manager on duty.
- Support training of the team in customer service, product knowledge and operational responsibilities.
- Encourage development by providing timely feedback.
- Regular Sunday work is required for this role. About You
- Passionate and motivated to deliver results and will confidently support your manager and team.
- Have strong communication skills, time‑management and organisational skills.
- Previous team‑leader, key‑holder or management experience is advantageous. Advantages
