- Senior Building Services Coordinator/Engineer required to work on our $1 bn Data Centre in Huntingwood, secured well into 2027.
- Responsible for mechanical or electrical packages on this major project.
- Read and interpret drawings.
- Manage and work closely with Tier 1 services subcontractors and other service trades.
- Work directly under the Services Manager, attend all project meetings and support through the full life‑cycle.
- Opportunity to learn from an industry leader and progress toward a Building Services Manager role. To Be Successful in This Role You Would Require
- Very strong focus on building services with a trade or degree background and 5‑7+ years' experience in the commercial construction industry.
- Commercial construction delivery experience on large projects (Data Centre projects preferred but not essential).
- Extensive experience with electrical or mechanical services on projects in excess of $200‑300 m.
- Ability to motivate and mentor peers.
- Experience at a building services subcontractor or main contractor in an intermediate role within a Tier 1 or 2 organisation.
