The Role You will take ownership of a high-quality property files, including:
- Residential and commercial conveyancing
- Commercial and retail leasing
- Development acquisitions and off-the-plan matters
- Contract reviews and negotiations
- Strata and general property advisory work You will be expected to run matters properly, think commercially, and operate at a high level. You will have the opportunity to mentor junior lawyers and contribute to improving systems and workflows as the firm continues to grow. You will also assist the principals and accredited specialists on high value commercial transactions. About You You will have:
- At least 5 years post-admission experience with strong property law exposure
- The ability to manage matters independently and to a high standard
- Strong drafting skills and sound commercial judgement
- Excellent attention to detail and file discipline
- A clear, professional and measured communication style More importantly, you are someone who:
- Has high standards and notices things when others don’t
