We want an energetic Property Manager who is a team player, with a passion for real estate to join our tight-knit team!

This role would suit someone looking to STEP UP into a Senior Property Manager role to take on a structured and "ready to go" portfolio of 170 properties!

We offer a lot of perks two of which are a fully maintained **COMPANY CAR** and **NO WEEKENDS!**

**JOB DUTIES**:

- Manage your own portfolio of ~160 properties
- Maintenance requests etc for the portfolio
- Maintain client relationships
- Routine inspections and reports
- Lease renewals
