Front Desk and Membership Associate - Pickleball Centre …, Bayswater

We’re hiring a sharp, reliable and outgoing team member for our new Pickleball Centre. Your role is simple but critical: make sure every player walking through the doors feels welcomed, looked after, and excited to be part of our community. You’ll be the first point of contact and the face of the venue.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and check-in players with energy and professionalism
- Provide top-tier customer service in-person, over phone, and online
- Sell and manage memberships, court bookings and merchandise
- Handle EFTPOS and basic admin tasks efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organised front desk area
- Help build a friendly, inclusive vibe around the centre

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong people skills
- you’re confident, warm, and great with names
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with tech (booking systems, POS, etc.)
- Previous experience in hospitality, fitness, or customer service is a bonus
- Availability during peak hours, including evenings and weekends
