Quality Control Inspector (Bayswater)

**Our Position**

To support our ongoing growth, PROK are currently seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join our team. This position is a full time permanent opportunity based in Bayswater, WA.

Key responsibilities include:

- ** Execution**: Preform in process checks across the sites Idler, pulley and Winches sections using engineering drawings and client approved ITP’s along with incoming inspection on supplied components
- **Safety**: Support the Safety coordinator and HSEQ manager in basic task when required.
- ** Reporting**: Raise Non-conformance reports on our internal ERP system ensuring timely action and close out. Ensuring non-conforming supplied parts are managed with the supply chain, overseeing timely close out and robust corrective actions.
- ** Compliance**: Preform audits on both process and documentation in line with the internal audit schedule.
- ** Staying** **ahead**: Complete and prepare ITPs for third part inspection visiting as well as being able to manage your time and provide flexibility in the role dependant on production requirements.
- ** Culture**: Support and maintain strong relationships with production and act as the go to resource for product queries.

**About You**

You will be a:

- ** Skilled Professional**: With a Minimum 4 years in a quality inspection role (ideally in manufacturing) and internal auditing experience
- ** Quality Expert**: Demonstrated quality experience in a manufacturing workplace and HSEQ Management Systems knowledge
- ** Strategic Thinker**: You can solve complex problems and manage resources effectively and work in a safe manner using appropriate Safe Work Instructions or Safety Operating Procedures.
- ** Strong Communicator**: With great interpersonal skills, an energetic persona, and conflict management skills.
- ** Relentless bias to action**: You're passionate about getting things done, whilst being entrepreneurial and professional.
