You will combine hands on plumbing with clear customer communication and ethical sales. Customers will rely on you for accurate advice, long term solutions and professional service. Key responsibilities include:
• Quoting and selling residential maintenance work
• Identifying additional repair opportunities
• Educating customers on long term solutions
• Diagnosing plumbing and gas issues
• Operating Hydro Jetters, CCTV and locating equipment
• Completing leak detection
• Carrying out maintenance repairs and installations
• Maintaining accurate notes and compliance documents
• Contributing to a positive, high performing team What You Bring

• Experience in residential maintenance plumbing and sales
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Ability to upsell ethically and explain value clearly
• Experience with Hydro Jetting and CCTV
• Professional presentation and customer focus
• Plumbing Registration
• Driver licence
• Ability to pass a Police Check
• White Card preferred
• Additional tickets are a bonus
