**Your role as a Training Coordinator will involve**:

- Facilitate new starter inductions as part of the onboarding process.
- Develop internal safety and production based training programs.
- Deliver and assess internal training programs including but not limited to supervisor, safety and emergency related training.
- Ensure a high standard of assessment within the mobile equipment verification of competency program.
- Creation of comprehensive training resources for face-to-face training sessions.
- Creation and update of engaging eLearning content to support the internal learning experience.
- Coordinate external training programs to ensure that staff competency is maintained to the appropriate standards.
- Plan annual internal training calendar in consultation with the operational management teams and Manager Training.
- Prepare and implement training competencies related to training, plant operation, health, safety and environment.
- Identify training needs and opportunities within production and corporate teams.
- Provide a high level of customer service to internal customers.
- Establishing and maintaining strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure all personnel are trained in protected working practices.
- Maintain accurate training records, reporting and database.
- Contribute to the management and implementation of the training plan and procedures.
- Review training effectiveness and incorporate the feedback into future training programs.
- Perform other ad-hoc job-related duties as assigned by Manager Training to support the Gold Corporation.
- Ensure own safety and health at work and avoid adversely affecting the safety or health of any other person through any act or omission at work.

**We are looking for someone who has the following**:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- Demonstrated experience in a training, health and safety or an emergency related role.
- Demonstrated experience being self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Demonstrated experience developing training programs
- Strong people management skills with attention to detail
- First Aid Certificate (desirable)
- Experience with eLearning software and learning management systems (desirable)
