**Our Opportunity**

Due to internal movements; we are seeking an Operations Manager to join our dynamic Bayswater team. This role holds a crucial position in our Senior leadership team; contributing to various areas and help foster the success of the business.

Some duties will include but are not limited to the following:

- Own the daily manufacturing operations including supporting and mentoring an energetic production management team
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives including making recommendations to strategy plans and reviews
- Initiate change management initiatives. This includes implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards to help resolve complexities
- Working cross-departmentally with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure all operations are aligned with our objectives
- Foster a culture of innovation and productivity in the workplace
- Establish strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
- Communicate issues with the operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
- Maintain and enforce health and safety guidelines
- Ensure the company’s products and services meet customer expectations by monitoring production KPIs and metrics

**The Right Person**

To be considered you will have:

- Be technically credible; with proven work experience as an Operations, Manufacturing or Production Manager within a similar environment.
- Strong leadership experience within change management and motivating teams.
- The ability to solve complex problems
- Have extreme passion to win and hungry for growth
- Have relentless bias to action and outcomes
- Energetic persona, with a strong desire to propel your career
- Experience in budgeting/forecasting
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
