Production Supervisor (Bayswater)

**Our Opportunity**

Due to exponential growth, **PROK Conveyor Components** have the opportunity for a Production Supervisor to join the team. This position is full-time permanent, based in Bayswater Perth**.**

**Your duties will include but are not limited to the following**:

- Lead and motivate the workshop to achieve daily productivity targets
- Committed to ensuring that the production team are performing their duties with best practice in accordance with safety processes and guidelines within a Workshop environment.
- Coordinating with schedules to ensure timelines are being met.
- Assist with monthly and quarterly Reporting.
- Oversee the use of machinery and equipment.
- Ensuring the safety of your staff.
- Lead and inspire the production team to excel at all Competitive Manufacturing aspects, using LEAN methodologies.

**The Right Person**

To be considered for this chance, the right person will have:

- Previous 3 years + experience in a similar position within a steel fabrication organisation
- Trade qualification of a Boilermaker or Fitter. (Proven record of a strong welding background) or Trade qualification of Machinist. (Proven record of manual and CNC machining experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite specifically Excel and MS Projects
- LEAN training with a proven track record and results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- A desire to learn and grow with the Prok business
- Proven history of supporting subordinates with career development and training
- Forklift license (desirable).
- Right to Work in Australia.
