**Our Opportunity**

PROK is currently recruiting for a Document Controller / Project Administrator to be part of our Projects Team. The position is a full-time permanent opportunity based in Bayswater, WA.

Key responsibilities include:

- **Execution**: Contribute to internal discussions and meetings about projects, risks, and improvement opportunities and assume watchdog role through continued review of project costs to budget and flag cost exceptions and misallocations
- ** Strategy**: Participate in all project kick-off meetings and ensure that PROK is represented and PROK’s preferred position is heard; including the removal of redundant, duplicated and not applicable document deliverables
- **Reporting**:Maintain tracking database providing data about contracts including variations, milestones, claims, people, shipping events, manufacturing and purchasing progress and day-to-day notes as well as establishing QDMS VDDS / VDDR reports and issue to stakeholders regularly and as agreed.
- ** Documentation**:Update forecast costs and milestone invoicing for the assigned projects in Pronto at each month-end. Dispatch documentation, inspection, and release events, optimising dispatch events in-line with freight budget; police and ensure strict compliance with dispatch evidence.
- ** Staying Ahead**:Ensure all document deliverables are provided on time according to the contract due date and flag delays and bottlenecks preventing delivery, milestone achievement and commensurate claims.
- ** Compliance**:Awareness and understanding of the chain from sales, engineering, estimating, drawing office, BOM origination, order entry, work-order origination, shop-pack establishment, work-order commitment, purchasing, goods receiving, manufacturing progress tracking, milestone claiming, dispatch compliance and logistics.**
- **Culture**: Collaborate, communicate and have a deep commitment to customer service and understand the overall product is as much about the “journey as the destination”

**About you**

You will be a:

- ** Skilled Professional**: With a minimum of**1 years’ administration / document control experience in a similar role
