**About the role**:

- Located in Bayswater
- Day shift
- 6:00am
- 2:00pm
- $31.52 per hour
- Afternoon shift
- 2:00pm
- 10:00pm
- $36.24 per hour
- Paid lunch breaks!

**Full Job Description**
- Operating large scale manufacturing machinery safely to specified standards.
- Mixing carbon blacks and synthetics to create rubber compounds.
- Performing basic quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Load and unload trucks when required.
- Move stock when required.
- Following safety protocols and wearing PPE at all times.

**About you**
- Forklift licence is a bonus in this role!
- Ability to work in rapid paced work environments with a strong work ethic.
- Possess great attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Great communicator
