Production Scheduler (Perth Airport)

**About the Opportunity**

Malcolm Thompson Pumps is seeking an experienced Production Scheduler to join our high performing team in Perth.
- Your responsibilities will include:_
- Schedule orders to meet safety stock requirements and agreed delivery times for sales order and optimise the production process.
- Responsible for the day-to-day control of the ERP production planning system.
- Assemble job packs for each order ensuring completion is on time and to QC requirements.
- Coordinate and monitor machine loading.
- Provide updates to the production schedule and order progress.
- Ensure delivery dates on production orders are maintained.
- Monitor planned performance against actual performance.
- Closely communicate with all operational stakeholders.

**About You**
- A strong understanding of manufacturing workflow is essential.
- Ideally a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar planning/coordinator role within a machine shop, foundry or similar industrial setting.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Drive, energy and passion for maintaining set delivery dates and machine centre loadings.
- Able to clearly communicate and troubleshoot issues.
