Lead a small customer service team close to home in Bayswater. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can run day-to-day service operations, lift team performance, manage escalations, and own warranty and returns outcomes. You will work on-site with a local team and have real input into process improvement across customer service, Product and Engineering. This role is based in Bayswater and suits someone who wants an in office role with direct involvement in the operation and the team. What you will do
- Lead and support a small customer service team
- Manage escalations and resolve more complex customer issues
- Oversee warranty claims, returns and repair coordination
- Work with dealers, customers and internal teams to keep issues moving
- Track service trends, reporting and team performance
- Improve processes across systems, workflows and customer communication
- Provide hands-on support where needed across the day-to-day workload What we are looking for
- Experience leading or supervising a customer service team
- Strong judgement, follow-through and ability to solve problems quickly
- Confidence dealing with escalations, customers and dealers
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort working on-site in Bayswater in a hands-on role Highly regarded
- Experience in warranty, returns or service coordination
- Background in technical customer service or product support
- Experience with systems such as Zendesk, Syteline or similar
