Customer Service Officer (Perth Airport)

- Permanent full-time Customer Service Officer role based in Perth
- Monday to Friday roster, 38-hour work week
- Support sales, operations, procurement and logistics activities across Australian regions
- Manage customer enquiries, order processing and invoicing activities
- Prepare and administer quotations in conjunction with Branch Managers and Business Development Managers
- Coordinate logistics, stock movements and delivery documentation
- Maintain customer communication regarding orders, stock availability and delivery updates
- Support reporting, work in progress updates and revenue forecasting
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver high quality customer service
- Ensure all administration is completed accurately and in line with company procedures About You:
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service, internal sales, product support or business administration
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Tyre and rim product knowledge advantageous but not essential
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to the wider team The Advantages:
