Sales Administration Supervisor (Bayswater)

**ABOUT US** PACCAR** is a global market leader specialising in the design, manufacture and distribution of premium heavy commercial vehicles; Kenworth and DAF, related parts, leasing and financial services via an extensive dealer network throughout Australia. **THE CHANCE** An exciting opportunity has become available to join our DAF Sales Team! In this role you will have the opportunity to provide leadership to the Sales and Logistics Coordinators. You will oversee the team as they facilitate and process the DAF Truck Sales orders and provide the interface for Sales related matters between the dealer network, other PACCAR departments and the relevant DAF NV departments. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Supervise daily activities of Sales Coordinators
- Maximise staff morale, motivation and performance
- Take a lead role in the liaison with other departments and resolution of departmental issues
- Oversee, prepare or maintain various databases and reports ensuring they are timely and accurate
- Ensure all order processing complies with established departmental work policies and procedures
- Maintain chassis files for each truck ensuring all appropriate documentation is stored
- Monitor and report on build and shipping schedules
- Ensure company CRM database is maintained appropriately
- Monitor order trends and lead forecasting activities
- Ensure accuracy of all invoicing, financial reports and records for DTA demonstration and loan vehicles
- Support the Operations Manager and General Manager in his/her duties as required

**ABOUT YOU**
- A ‘people person’ that can build strong relationships and communicate on all levels
- Sound knowledge of the DAF truck systems
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Proficient IT skills (Predominately Microsoft Suite and ‘in house’ programs)
- Strong negotiating skills
- Mechanical knowledge/aptitude preferred
