We are now seeking a full-time Internal Sales Consultant to join our team at our state-of-the-art Magill Road showroom.
About the Role
This is a dynamic role combining customer service, sales support and estimating. You will work closely with clients, builders, and internal teams to deliver accurate quotes and support Trade project delivery from concept through to order processing.
Your responsibilities will include Reviewing architectural drawings, specifications and project documents to understand scope Preparing take-offs and compiling spreadsheets in Excel Calculating quantities and performing cost analysis to produce accurate estimates Preparing and submitting quotes within required timeframes Assisting customers with product selection and design solutions (wardrobes, cabinetry and joinery) Processing orders and maintaining accurate project documentation Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, builders and clients Managing emails, enquiries and follow-ups in a timely manner Some weekend work (Saturday) may be required from time to time to support project and customer requirements
About You You are organised, detail-focused and enjoy working in a fast-paced workplace where no two projects are the same. You take pride in delivering accurate work and excellent customer service.
To be successful in this role, you will have: Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings (preferred but not essential) Basic to intermediate MS Office skills, particularly Excel Solid numerical and analytical skills Excellent communication and organisational skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work both independently and as part of a team A positive, can-do attitude and qualified presentation.
