About the Role

You will combine hands on plumbing with transparent customer communication and ethical sales. Customers will rely on you for accurate advice, long term solutions and skilled service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Quoting and selling residential maintenance work

• Identifying additional repair opportunities

• Educating customers on long term solutions

• Diagnosing plumbing and gas issues

• Operating Hydro Jetters, CCTV and locating equipment

• Completing leak detection

• Carrying out maintenance repairs and installations

• Maintaining accurate notes and compliance documents

• Contributing to a positive, high performing team

What You Bring


• Experience in residential maintenance plumbing and sales

• Strong communication and problem solving skills

• Ability to upsell ethically and explain value clearly

• Experience with Hydro Jetting and CCTV

• Professional presentation and customer focus

• Plumbing Registration

• Driver licence

• Ability to pass a Police Check

• White Card preferred

• Additional tickets are a bonus

• Leadership potential is highly regarded
