Location: Bayswater and Naval Base, Perth

Hours: Full-time

Salary: $80,000-$90,000 per annum plus superannuation

We are a construction and earthworks company providing services across Perth. Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing detailed cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies for construction and earthworks projects.

Measuring and estimating quantities of materials, labour, and equipment.

Reviewing project plans, contracts, and tender documents to provide accurate cost advice.

Managing procurement processes, including subcontractor negotiations and contract administration.

Monitoring project expenditure and reporting on cost variations and cash flow.

Conducting site visits to assess progress and ensure cost control measures are in place.

Assisting with reinstatement service projects by providing accurate estimates and post-project cost analysis.

Ensuring compliance with industry standards, building codes, and company policies.

Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or a closely related field.

Minimum 3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience in construction, earthworks, or civil projects is highly desirable.

Strong knowledge of cost planning, contract management, and procurement processes.

Proficiency in industry software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
