We are looking for ASSITANT STORE MANAGER to join our team at Perth DFO

Store Management:

- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Implement and maintain store policies and procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage and train all store staff to the Neverland service standard whilst fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Achieve store budgets through effectively customer service, task delegation and prioritisation.
- Ensure all Neverland Store directives are completed to standard and on time.
- Work alongside the Store Manager to ensure operational and store standards are always kept.
- Lead by example and be responsible for store and staff performance.
- Sunday to Thursday roster

Who you are:

- Have a passion for street wear & fashion
- Solid customer service skills and standards
- Previous experience in a management role
- Be performance driven in both level of service and financial achievement
- Previous visual merchandising experience

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $35,000.00
- $42,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 per week
