Chef – Weekend & Evening Focus (Full-Time Salary) The Eate – Dulwich Hill We’re looking for a proper chef — not a junior, not a basic cook. This role is for someone who can walk into a kitchen and perform immediately, understands service, and takes pride in consistency and quality. The Role
- Run evening service Wednesday to Friday
- Take control of the kitchen across weekend service (breakfast to dinner )
- Manage your own prep, timing, and service flow
- Cook proteins correctly (steaks, chicken, seafood) with consistency and accuracy
- Maintain speed, organisation, and clean service under pressure You will have a supporting cook during service, but you are responsible for how your kitchen runs. What We Expect
- You know how to cook properly — no overcooking, no guessing
- You understand timing, heat, and consistency
- You can step into service and handle it without constant direction
- You take ownership of the kitchen and your results
- You’re reliable — we need someone we can count on Not for you if:
