Student Support Officer – RTO & CRICOS Summer Hill, Sydney NSW Full-time / Part-time Chance AdvanceSkill Institute is a newly established RTO + CRICOS provider delivering quality vocational education and training in the healthcare and community services sector. We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Student Support Officer to join our growing team. About the Role The Student Support Officer will play an important role in supporting domestic and international students throughout their learning journey. The successful candidate will assist students with enrolment, orientation, student wellbeing, attendance follow-up, and general administrative support. Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support to students throughout their studies
- Assist with student orientation and onboarding
- Monitor attendance and student engagement
- Support students with general enquiries and referrals
- Maintain accurate student records and documentation
- Liaise with trainers, administration staff, and management
- Assist with compliance requirements related to RTO/CRICOS operations
- Support student welfare and wellbeing initiatives About You
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and student-focused approach
- Previous experience in education, RTO, CRICOS, customer service, or administration will be highly regarded
