As a First Year Apprentice Hairdresser at Salon BL, you will embark on an exciting journey to learn the art and science of hairdressing while gaining valuable hands-on experience. We have a young team and love working to feel fun! Under the guidance of our skilled team of hairdressers and educators, you will be responsible for: Key Responsibilities: Assisting Senior Stylists: Work closely with experienced hairdressers to assist with various tasks, such as shampooing, coloring, cutting, and styling clients' hair. Client Care: Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients, offering refreshments, and ensuring their comfort throughout their salon visit. Learning and Development: Attend training sessions and workshops to develop your technical skills, product knowledge, and understanding of industry trends. Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing and sterilizing tools and equipment.
