**About the Position**
- Assist in driving the recruitment/ talent acquisition process with hiring managers, including the preparation of position descriptions and advertisements as well as coordinating the requisition workflow
- Posting approved advertisements on all job portals
- Actively sourcing, shortlisting, scheduling, and participating in interviews, and coordinating compliance and reference checks
- Coordinate and maintain all recruitment files
- Ensure best practice is adhered to consistently in all areas with a focus on customer service
- Provide internal support on recruitment process training
- Represent 3Bridges in various internal and external events, with a goal of networking and relationship building with all stakeholders
**About You**
- Minimum 2 years of HR or recruitment experience
- Tertiary Qualification in Human Resource Management or in a related discipline (Desirable)
- Experienced in the use of Human Resource Management Information Systems and Recruitment Platforms
- Understanding of Fair work Guidelines, NES, and Award interpretation
- Exceptionally well organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks appropriately to meet deadlines
- Ability to build strong and trustworthy relationships across the organisation and with external stakeholders
- High level verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills and able to interact appropriately, confidentiality and professionally
- Ability to continuously improve operational processes
