**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating and facilitating photoshoots.
- Developing advertising campaigns such as creation of artwork and copywriting, working with deadlines and schedules.
- Advertising campaigns for property listings and monitoring the campaign.
- Notifying the database of relevant listings and sales.
- Management of monthly newsletters.
- Management of Instagram and Facebook accounts daily.
- Creating advertising strategies and campaigns for business growth.
- Execution of marketing objectives.
- Distribution of marketing materials.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in the real estate industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Must be self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
