**The Role** We are looking for a HR Coordinator to support our growing team. In this dynamic role, you will assist in delivering a range of HR services and work closely with our team to help drive a positive and supportive work culture. You will be instrumental in helping us attract and retain top talent for our centres across Australia and beyond.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting in recruitment and talent acquisition processes
- Coordinating induction paperwork and conducting induction interviews for new staff
- Managing termination paperwork and conducting exit interviews
- Providing HR support and responding to internal and external HR-related inquiries
- Helping to build and maintain our casual employee list
- Maintaining accurate records for all casual employees
- Assisting with various HR tasks and projects as needed

**Essential criteria** We’re looking for someone with:

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar HR role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivation with the ability to take on increasing responsibility
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- The ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing environments
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team
