About Us RRC Australia is a full-service recruitment and labour hire business covering blue-collar, white-collar, executive and trades sectors across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Western Australia. We’re looking for an exceptional, trustworthy Bookkeeper / Accounts skilled to take ownership of our finance function internally, replacing our outgoing consultant. The Role This is a hands on, hybrid role working closely and directly with the Director and Operations team day to day. You’ll be trusted with the full financial picture of the business, so integrity, discretion and reliability are non-negotiable. You’ll enjoy a structured, supported handover from our current consultant, plus full training from our operations team. Working 6 hours per day / 30 hours per week, your responsibilities will include:
- End-to-end bookkeeping and accounts management
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Weekly processing of Payroll and Superannuation
- BAS and PAYG preparation
- Budgeting and cashflow management
- Processing weekly timesheets and ABA generation
- Annual insurance renewal preparation and lodgement
- Child Support lodgement and payment
- Liaising directly with the Director on financial reporting and performance About You
- Strong, demonstrable MYOB experience (essential)
- Solid payroll and Superannuation experience
- Proven accounts payable / receivable, BAS and PAYG capability
- Confident with budgeting and cashflow management
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Highly organised, detail-focused and able to work autonomously
- Above all, someone we can trust implicitly with sensitive financial information
- Experience with debtor finance / invoice funding facilities is highly regarded. Training Provided Our CRM is recruitment-specific and integrates directly with MYOB, and we also run a custom-built app and portal. Full training on all our systems will be provided, so you don’t need prior experience with these tools
