Stock Hand - Distribution Centre (Summer Hill)

About the role JPL Group is looking for a proactive and detail-driven Stock Hand to support our fast-paced jewellery operations. If you thrive behind the scenes, love organisation, and enjoy working with premium products, this is your chance to shine! What will you do?
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and accurately recording incoming stock across all divisions
- Organise and process jewellery invoices, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
- Collaborate with Buyers to coordinate product samples and follow up on costings
- Support the secure storage of high-end items by working closely with Vault Team Members
- Maintain stock accuracy by matching deliveries to costings and verifying against invoices
- Help manage stock movement, including refilling vaults and signing off on high-value products
- Contribute to daily operations by assisting with ticketing, stock put-away, and general housekeeping
- Accurately input stock data into internal systems (Pathway) and manage relevant paperwork

What skills and experience do you need?
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
- Robust communication skills
- Strong attention to details with focus on accuracy
- Proven ability to work well both in a team as well as individually
- Proven ability to plan, organise, implement actions and achieve effective outcome
