About the Role Working either independently or as part of a team, you will be responsible for delivering professional cleaning services across healthcare and aged care facilities while maintaining high standards of safety, presentation, and customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Detailed cleaning of resident and common areas
- Collection and disposal of waste
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Cleaning of glass and touchpoint areas
- Kitchen and food preparation area cleaning
- Spot cleaning and presentation maintenance
- Use of specialist cleaning equipment for various floor types
- Responding to scheduled and ad-hoc cleaning requests
- Following cleaning schedules and compliance procedures
- Correct use of cleaning chemicals, PPE, and equipment
- Using company technology platforms for sign-in/out, reporting, and compliance requirements

- Previous cleaning experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Healthcare or aged care cleaning experience highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with staff and clients
- Valid working rights within Australia
- Willingness to obtain or provide:

· Detailed cleans
· Collection and disposal of waste
· Cleaning of glass, including mopping, sweeping and dusting
· Cleaning of function rooms
· Ensuring compliance with company procedures
· Responding to scheduled and ad-hoc customer requests
· Creating a positive and safe working environment for fellow staff, clientele and their stakeholders.
· · Cleaning of gaming areas, including waste removal and vacuuming
· Kitchen and food prep areas
· Spot cleaning of scuff marks on walls etc
· Using specialist equipment to clean various floor types What We Require From You To ensure your success in this role the ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

· 1 Year experience in a similar role 1. Year Health Care experiance
· Working Rights in Australia
· Reliable, punctual and well presented

· Possess or willing to obtain Police Check and NDIS checks
