We are looking for Shift Supervisors to manage the operations on shift, ensuring high brand, customer promise, quality and safety standards. Responsibilities
- Lead the crew through coaching and support, preparing and serving food to create memorable customer experiences.
- Maintain a positive culture, ensuring the restaurant is well‑presented, clean and safe.
- Utilise strong time‑management and multi‑tasking skills during peak periods.
- Get involved in food preparation and service as needed.
- Uphold Red Rooster’s brand standards and customer promise at all times. Qualifications
