Community Physiotherapist – PT or Contractor | NDIS | Inner Sydney Why This Role? Looking to escape the grind of clinic-based work and make a genuine difference in people’s lives? At Sydney Allied Health Group, we’re growing our Community Physiotherapy Team and looking for a passionate physio to join us on a part-time or contractor basis. This is your chance to work autonomously, build meaningful relationships, and deliver high-quality care in home and group home settings under NDIS and Home Care Packages. You’ll be part of a cooperative, friendly team with consistent support. Work Schedule Highlights
- Flexible work: Minimum 4 hours to up to 18 hours/week
- Shifts available across 2 to 3 days
- Morning starts from 7:00 AM
- Mix and match short shifts or full-day options to suit your lifestyle Key Responsibilities
- Deliver client‑centred physio services in the community
- Develop and review tailored treatment plans (including respiratory care)
- Work closely with families, carers, and coordinators
- Complete clear and accurate documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Participate in team development and ongoing training What We’re Looking For
- AHPRA‑registered Physiotherapist
- 1+ year experience in community, disability, aged care or similar
- Cardiorespiratory experience (preferred but not essential)
- Current Police Check and valid driver’s licence
- Access to a car
- APA‑recognised insurance
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Independent, reliable, and proactive mindset What We Offer You
