**About the role**: In this rewarding and unique role you will work as part of our small team, providing support to our Disability Support Workers in the field and to our management team.
You will be good at multi tasking and possess a can-do attitude.
**Your Tasks will include**:
- Develop a sound understanding of the business's internal processes to manage and onboard NDIS-eligible participants
- Develop a good working knowledge of the client management system, managing rosters and compliance
- Develop a weekly routine to ensure eligible NDIS activities recorded in the client management system are accurately and completely recorded for claiming on NDIA
- Generate regular reports from the client management system to assist Key Management Personnel
- Develop a sound understanding of the business's internal processes to onboard new staff
- Rostering & Internal Systems Management_
- Manage and update staff rosters, ensuring compliance with SCHADS award
- Set up new staff in rostering systems and maintain accurate records
- Oversee client management system to ensure all service bookings and NDIS funding records are current
- Track and update changes to participant support needs in relevant systems
- Administrative Support_
- Maintain accurate documentation for all administrative processes
- Assist in onboarding current staff by preparing documentation and scheduling training
- Provide administrative support to Service Delivery Coordinators and Relationship Managers
- Maintain filing systems and ensure data security and confidentiality
Upon training you will be able to provide initial triage for NDIS referrals and ensure all contractual conditions are met.
We will support some working from home days if requested.
Pay: $27.00
- $32.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
