**About the Role**

Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual seeking a rewarding career in aged care? HillView Aged Care on the Gold Coast is looking for enthusiastic Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to join our night shift team. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents, providing essential care and support during the overnight hours. **Your Role**: As a Night Shift AIN, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting residents with routines, including personal care and mobility support
- Monitoring residents’ health and wellbeing, responding to any needs or emergencies as required
- Supporting the implementation of individualised care plans in collaboration with the care team
- Maintaining a protected, clean, and calm workplace for residents, visitors, and staff
- Promoting residents’ comfort, dignity, and quality of life
- Completing accurate documentation and reporting on residents’ conditions and care provided

**What We’re Looking For**
- A relevant qualification in aged care or a related field (or working towards one)
- Experience in aged care or healthcare, preferably in a similar role
- Compassionate and empathetic communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to person-centred care
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- A proactive and attentive approach to care and safety during evening and overnight hours
