About the Role As our Sales Administrator, you'll be the operational backbone supporting our sales team day-to-day. You will be responsible for managing property campaigns from pre-launch through to settlement, ensuring every detail is executed to a high standard and every client receives an exceptional experience. This includes preparing properties to go live, coordinating marketing and suppliers, managing vendor and buyer communication, overseeing open homes, and supporting transactions through to settlement. The role requires a forward-thinking professional who enjoys introducing systems, improving processes and creating structure in a busy environment. What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating property listings and preparing properties for launch to market
- Preparing property brochures, signboards and marketing materials
- Processing Form 6s, Contracts and other associated sales documentation
- Managing CRM databases and keeping client records up to date
- Supporting agents with day-to-day administration and client communication
- Acting as a key point of contact for vendors, buyers and internal stakeholders
- General office support as required About You
- Some experience in real estate or a related administration role
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- A positive, can-do attitude with a genuine willingness to learn and grow
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to build trust with clients, agents and suppliers
- Confident managing multiple campaigns, people and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working at pace in a busy, team-oriented environment
- Holds, or is willing to obtain, the required QLD Real Estate Certificate and Office of Fair Trading registration
- Proactive, solutions-focused and systems-driven
