About Role: Are you a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) looking to make a difference in a friendly, collaborative environment? We require a Registered nurse with a minimum of three years' experience in an ICU/HDU unit. As a member of our clinical team at Pindara Private Hospital you will be planning, evaluating and delivering care to patients with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality service is provided to our patients within ICU/HDC unit. About You: You will be a registered nurse with exceptional customer service, confident communication, and strong interpersonal skills. You will also demonstrate:
- Current registration with AHPRA (Registered Nurses)
- Medication endorsed (IV qualified)
- Recent acute care or surgical ward experience
- Solid clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster
- Commitment to teamwork, patient safety, and professional growth.
