What We're Searching For: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lead Educator to join our dynamic team, specifically focusing on our Babies and Toddlers rooms. In this role, you will engage with children through age-appropriate activities, support their daily routines, and ensure their overall well-being. - Rotating Roster Location: Benowa Hills Early Learning Centre Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare engaging and child-safe environments and learning activities tailored to the developmental needs of babies and toddlers, focusing on their physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Uphold regulatory requirements according to the National Regulations and National Quality Standards, delivering exceptional education and care.
- Support the implementation of daily routines while ensuring that each child’s individual needs are met, including feeding, naptime, and play.
- Observe and reflect on babies and toddlers’ progress, adjusting activities to foster their ongoing development and interests.
- Build strong relationships with families and colleagues to understand and accommodate each child's needs and preferences.
- Foster positive behaviours and social skills by encouraging independence, exploration, and problem-solving in a nurturing environment.
- Lead and mentor fellow educators, creating a safe, clean, and healthy setting for our youngest children.
- Complete documentation in a professional, consistent and timely manner.
- Supervise and engage children in all daily activities
- Contribute to team meetings, collaborate on educational programs, and assist with administrative tasks related to our youngest learners. What We Offer:

- Diploma or higher in Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent) for a Lead Educator position.
- Relevant experience (3-5 years) working specifically with Babies and Toddlers in the Early Years sector.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificates.
- Child Protection Training and Child Safe Training Certificates.
- Strong professional written and verbal communication skills.
