National Dental Care is seeking a dynamic and highly-organised Dental Receptionist to assist the team in our modern DentArana practice. Full time/ Part time role available! About the Role As a Dental Receptionist in our thriving DentArana practice, you’ll play a key role in clinical treatment. You’ll confidently and expertly provide high quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and qualified way. Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients. Skills & Experience You have:
- Minimum 2 years previous Dental Receptionist experience
- Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite
- Previous experience using D4W
- desirable You are:
- Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation
- An excellent communicator
- both written and oral
- with strong attention to detail
- Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes
- Reliable and punctual, with a robust work ethic
