As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and professional receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients and support our team in delivering an outstanding healthcare experience.

**About the Role**: We are seeking a friendly, organised, and experienced Medical Receptionist to manage the front desk and ensure the smooth running of daily operations. Your role will be pivotal in creating a positive first impression for our patients and supporting the clinical and admin teams.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Greeting patients warmly and managing check-ins and check-outs
- Booking, rescheduling, and confirming appointments
- Processing payments and handling Medicare/private health claims
- Maintaining accurate patient records and confidentiality
- Supporting the clinical team with administrative duties
- Ensuring the reception area is clean, organised, and welcoming

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum 1 years experience as a medical/dental receptionist
- Proficiency in medical/dental software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, can-do attitude with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Passion for patient care and a professional presentation
