Dental Receptionist/assistant (Aspley)

Join our Specialist Periodontal Practice!

We are seeking a confident **Receptionist**/**Chairside Assistant** to join our dedicated team at EOPerio and Dental Implants, a modern specialist periodontal practice located in **Aspley, Brisbane**. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive, motivated and caring environment. **No weekend or evening shifts** are required and the role offers **4-5 days per week**.

At EOPerio and Dental Implants, we prioritise patient care and comfort. We are looking for someone with a **positive attitude **and a **strong work ethic** to play a key role in all areas of reception, chairside assisting and sterilisation duties. **Attention to detail is a MUST.**

Key Responsibilities for Receptionist:

- Welcome patients and visitors in a skilled, friendly manner
- Coordinate treatment with referring practices
- Collaborate with practice staff to ensure smooth workflow
- Handle treatment plans, invoicing, HICAPS and EFTPOS claims
- Perform general administrative tasks including printing, scanning, sending reports and daily settlements

Key Responsibilities for Chairside Assistant:

- Prepare treatment rooms for procedures
- Assist with both non-surgical and surgical periodontal procedures
- Provide patient care and ensure comfort
- Instrument processing

Skills and Experience:

- Previous experience in a dental environment is essential
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong written and verbal communication, with excellent interpersonal skills

Pay: $25.00
- $37.00 per hour

Schedule:

- No weekends

- Aspley, Qld 4034: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
