Disability Support Workers

Aspley (QLD)

Girasole Support is seeking one female Disability Support Workers to join our team on a subcontracting basis. These roles offer regular hours, robust support, and explicit expectations within a values-driven organisation.

Available Roles

We are recruiting for one separate position:

Aspley:

15
- 20 hours per week

Morning and afternoons Monday to Friday

About the Role

You will be supporting participants in their homes and communities, assisting with:

Daily living tasks

Meal preparation

transport

Social and community supports

Light household support

Community access and appointments

Supporting independence, dignity, and choice

You will be supported and guided by Girasole Support and provided with clear expectations and communication.

Essential Requirements

Applicants must have:

Female support worker (participant preference)

ABN (subcontracting role)

Public Liability & Personal Accident Insurance:

Reliable, insured vehicle:

Current Australian driver’s licence:

NDIS Worker Screening Check:

Ability to complete clear and accurate shift notes:

Reliability, professionalism, and strong communication skills
