About the Role:

We are seeking a friendly, organised, and experienced Medical Receptionist to manage the front desk and ensure the smooth running of daily operations. Your role will be pivotal in creating a positive first impression for our patients and supporting the clinical and admin teams.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Greeting patients warmly and managing check-ins and check-outs

Booking, rescheduling, and confirming appointments

Processing payments and handling Medicare/private health claims

Maintaining accurate patient records and confidentiality

Supporting the clinical team with administrative duties

Ensuring the reception area is clean, organised, and welcoming

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 1 years experience as a medical/dental receptionist

Proficiency in medical/dental software

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A positive, can-do attitude with solid attention to detail

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Passion for patient care and a professional presentation
