**The Role** We are currently seeking a caring and reliable Disability Support Worker to provide afternoon support for a young client in Ferny Grove. **Working hours**: Monday & Tuesday afternoons from 2:00pm-6:00pm, and additional hours over school holidays.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- School pick-up and safe transport home
- Meal preparation and feeding assistance
- Personal care, including hygiene support
- Taking the client for walks and participating in community activities
- Building a safe, fun, and supportive setting

**Requirements**:

- Current Blue Card and Yellow Card (or NDIS Worker Screening Check)
- Current Police Check
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Genuine care, patience, and strong communication skills

**Desirable (but not essential)**:

- Experience in seizure management
