As Venue General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of our Ferny Grove venue from day one. You will build and shape your team, create a fun and high-energy workplace, and ensure smooth operations as we bring the Yo-Chi vibes to a vibrant, brand-new community.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clear, values-led leadership to build and develop a high-performing team
- Oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and brand standards
- Drive financial performance across labour, COGs, and P&L; outcomes
- Manage inventory, stock control, and supplier coordination
- Ensure health, safety, and food compliance standards are consistently met
- Recruit, train, and coach team members to achieve operational and service excellence
- Foster a positive, accountable, and performance-focused team culture. About You
- Proven leadership experience in retail, QSR, or hospitality management
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing KPIs and financial targets
- Confident in building teams and developing emerging leaders
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and problem-solve effectively
- Hands-on and adaptable, with a proactive leadership style
