Grocery and fresh food retail knowledge (desired but not essential)

Capable of leading and inspiring a team

Ability to order and cost control

Ability to understanding gross profit calculations

Ability to create rosters

Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach

Excellent communication skills

Ability to liaise with both team members and management

Ability to coach, train and performance manage team members
