The Role: As a Property Manager with their agency, you will be responsible for a range of tasks including routine inspections, entry and exit condition reports, rent arrears management, preparing tenancy documents, maintenance coordination, and ad hoc duties to ensure a seamless rental experience for our clients. **This role is ideal for an Assistant Property Manager looking to step up and take on more responsibility.**

**Requirements**:

- Current driver's license
- Cert IV in Real Estate
- Experience in real estate (essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and industry standards

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
