About the prospect
At City Cave Aspley our team is growing and we have an opportunity to join our amazing team working as a Float Attendant. The role suits someone who loves to support our clients through exceptional customer service ensuring the best City Cave experience.
Key Responsibilities
Float Attendant Ensure that the customer service needs and expectations are exceeded daily. Ensure facility remains clean and well presented at all times. Make sure all Float Rooms are clean and dry between clients. Make sure all-Infrared Sauna Rooms are clean and prepped for the next client. Herbal Tea/Water service. Washing tea cups and glasses. Folding and restocking towels. Overall operational control and performance of the City Cave Centre. Merchandising of inventory. Complete daily and weekly reports for Management. Administration and Diary Management. Complete Water Chemistry Test and treat effectively. Respond to all customer feedback and enquiries promptly. Ensure all facilities and services are in a secure and operational capacity Complete marketing for the centre as requested by. Ensure that dress standards are maintained by all staff in the centre. Maintain sales and second line of income targets. Health Fund Receipting.
