Your Day on A Page Our team are currently seeking a Maintenance Officer to join our friendly close-knit team, on a Full-time basis. No weekend work! Keperra Sanctuary offers a rare blend of tranquillity and convenience, set within 100 acres of native gardens, that bring the beauty of nature right to your doorstep. Tree-lined streets create a peaceful, homely atmosphere, while the freshwater lake adds a touch of serenity to daily life. As a Maintenance Officer at Keyton you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties by undertaking maintenance activities and providing excellent customer service to our residents. We are seeking a proactive individual with strong communication skills, strong computer skills and a knack for problem-solving. About You The successful applicant will have demonstrated competence as a maintenance assistant or tradesperson or experience in a similar role, as well as:

- Be organised and able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks
- Effective communication skills
- Be computer literate e.g. basic knowledge with using Excel, Word, Outlook, Apps
- Understanding of machinery use and tools required for the job
- Hold a current Australian Drivers licence
- A current First Aid Certificate (or be willing to obtain one)
- The ability to take initiative and be pro-active
- The ability to work individually and in a team
