Group Fitness Trainer (Arana Hills)

We are a boutique fitness business specialising in training women aged 40+ in a supportive, encouraging and welcoming environment. Our clients are never just a number — every person is guided, monitored and encouraged individually, with everyone working at a level that suits their own body and ability. We pride ourselves on creating genuine relationships with our clients and providing a space where people feel seen, supported and comfortable from the moment they walk through the door. A minimum Certificate III in Fitness is required, with Certificate IV desirable but not essential. No prior experience is necessary. What matters most to us is a genuine desire to help others, a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering the highest standards of care and professionalism. New graduates who are eager to learn about functional fitness, programming and working closely within a supportive team environment are strongly encouraged to apply. The Role This is a paid-per-class position based primarily in our Arana Hills studio, delivering structured small-group sessions including:
- Strength
- Cardio
- Circuits
- Core strength This role is about far more than simply running workouts. We are a functional fitness and wellness centre that genuinely puts our clients and their wellbeing first. Creating a positive, caring and empowering experience for every client is at the heart of everything we do. Why This Opportunity Is Different You won’t be expected to build from scratch or navigate the role without guidance and support. You will not pay rent to work within our space, and there is also the opportunity to take on additional 1-on-1 PT clients in the future (Certificate IV required). You’ll step into
