Full Time Pizza Shop Manager (Alfred Cove)

About Us: We are a busy, customer-focused pizza shop that prides itself on excellent food, exceptional service, and a positive team culture. We’re looking for a Pizza Shop Takeaway Manager who is passionate, hardworking, and ready to lead by example in a dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily takeaway operations, ensuring efficiency and top-notch customer service.
- Manage and support the team, providing clear communication and guidance.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.
- Assist with staff training and performance improvement.
- Contribute to stock management, and minimizing waste.

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience in the food/ pizza or takeaway industry (management experience preferred).
- A hardworking, mature individual who can handle responsibility and lead a team effectively.
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
- Flexibility to work 4-6 days per week, including weekends.
